The last time I wore this denim G-Star shirt (few years ago, a picture was taken of me, and I couldn’t believe how it looked; there was all this fat hanging over the waistband of my jeans!😂 I made a decision that day to get back in shape, but it wasn’t until over a year later-and cutting out all alcohol consumption and gluten-that I started to really see good results. It was hard at first, but its been very rewarding.
